Beachy Granola Pudding Cups
Delicious, beachy and fun, our Beachy Granola Pudding Cups are made with the fan favorite Oats & Honey Chewy Granola Bars. Using simple ingredients, vanilla pudding, blue food coloring, fresh blueberries and fun turtle gummy candy creates this adorable treat your kids are sure to love. Enjoy poolside or after a day of learning at the aquarium, this treat is ideal for little hands to enjoy. Plus, it's perfect for a beach-themed party, too! Makes 8-10 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Carton Value Pack Oats & Honey Chewy Granola Bars
1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Package Fresh Blueberries
1 Package Turtle Gummy Candies
Blue Food Coloring
Supplies:
Small Clear Cups
Food Processor
Directions:
- Unwrap 12 Chewy Granola Bars and finely pulse in a food processor.
- Mix the pudding according to the package and let stand until firm.
- Mix blue food coloring into the pudding mixture. Set aside.
- In the clear cups, add a thin layer of the granola crumbles and gently press.
- Add a layer of blueberries.
- Add a layer of pudding on top of blueberries.
- Use about 1-2 tablespoons of the granola mixture, and put on one side of the top of the vanilla pudding like in the picture shown.
- Top each cup with a turtle gummy candy.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
