Makes 8-10 Servings
Ingredients:
6-7 Cartons Coconut Cream Chewy Granola Bars
1 Container Vanilla Frosting
1 Box Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Box Bear-Shaped Crackers
1 Pack Striped Sour Candies
Supplies:
Round Cake Board
Miniature Plastic Palm Trees
Miniature Beach Pales
Miniature Beach Decoration Items
Directions:
- Unwrap each granola bar and set aside.
- Begin to shape several granola bars to form the circle cake board base. Fix each granola bar to cake board with vanilla frosting.
- Add another layer of granola bars for base by attaching to the first layer with vanilla frosting.
- Continue adding height to the base until you reach your desired size. Use a knife to trim granola bars as needed to make layers and castle shapes like shown in the image. Attach all granola bars together with vanilla frosting.
- Using extra pieces of granola bars, make beach lounger chairs. Add striped sour candy for towels.
- Spread a layer of vanilla frosting all around the remaining visible cake board. Add graham cracker crumbs on top of the layer of frosting.
- Add miniature palm trees and beach decorations to complete.
