Oatmeal Raisin Granola Balls

Ingredients:

1 Carton Oatmeal Raisin Chewy Granola Bars

1/2 Peanut Butter

1/2 Ground Flaxseed

1/3 cup Honey

1/4 cup Dried Cranberries

1/4 Whole Almonds

1/4 Pistachios, shelled


Supplies:

Parchment Paper

Baking Sheet or Food Storage Container

Food Processor

Directions:

  1. Unwrap each Oatmeal Raisin Chewy Granola Bar and pulse in a food processor until fine.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and thoroughly mix. Mixture should be sticky!
  3. Chill in the refrigetator for up to two hours. This helps the mixture set before rolling into balls.
  4. Once chilled, roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet or in a lined food storage container.
  5. If not serving immediately, store in refrigerator for one week or in freeze for up to three months.
