Ingredients:

2 Cartons Snickerdoodle Chewy Granola Bars

2 8 Ounce Packages Cream Cheese, room temperate

1 Cup White Sugar

3 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Lemon Extract, optional

1 8 Ounce Container Whipped Topping


Supplies:

8x8 Glass Dish or Pan

Parchment Paper

Food Processor or Blender

Electric Hand Mixer

Directions:

  1. Add the unwrapped granola bars to a food processor or blender and finely crumble.
  2. Press the crumbled granola into the parchment-lined 8x8 dish.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Top the granola with the filling and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, up to 3 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove and serve!
