Makes 8 Servings

Ingredients:

1 Carton Key Lime Chewy Granola Bars
1 Package Sweetened Shredded Coconut

Candy-coated Chocolate Easter Eggs

Black Edible Food Marker

Orange Edible Food Marker

Supplies:
Muffin Tin

Nonstick Spray

Directions:

  1. Cut each granola bar in half. Then press the granola into a non-stick mini muffin tin cup. If needed, heat for 5-seconds so the granola bar is easier to mold into the muffin tin. Repeat for each granola bar.
  2. Then remove the granola bars from the muffin tin, and slightly indent the top.
  3. Next, toast the coconut either by warming it in a dry frying pan on medium heat or toast in the oven. Watch carefully, it will toast very quickly once it starts!
  4. Place a small amount of coconut in the granola bar nests.
  5. Now, decorate the candy coated chocolate Easter eggs using the edible markers to make them look like little birds.
  6. Place the birds on top of the coconut. You can simply place them inside or attach with a little frosting if you wish.
