Grilled Peaches and Oats

Enjoy a savory take on our classic Oats and Honey Chewy Granola Bars with our Grilled Peaches and Oats recipe! This dish is scrumptiously transformed into a decadent treat meant to be enjoyed on as a fresh dish. Add fresh herbs like mint or basil for an even tastier surprise! Grab a box of your favorite Chewy Granola Bars, some peaches and top with honey for a fun weekend treat the whole family can enjoy.


Makes 2-4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 Carton Sunbelt Bakery Oats and Honey Chewy Granola Bars, crumbled
2-4 Fresh Peaches, pitted and sliced
1 Container Fresh Ricotta or Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Honey
Fresh Mint or Basil, garnish

Supplies:
Griddle
Non-Stick Pan Spray

Directions:

  1. Unwrap each granola bar and crumble by hand or in a food processor. Set aside.
  2. Using a griddle on medium heat, lightly spray non-stick spray on the griddle and lightly grill the peaches.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the ricotta or yogurt and top with granola and honey.
  4. Serve immediately with the fresh, warm peaches.

Creation Tips:
Change it up and go for something sweet with this yummy savory dish by exchanging the yogurt or ricotta for vanilla ice cream.
